Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. The House Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient care operations, support nursing staff, and ensure quality patient care throughout the facility during assigned shifts.
 

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff across the facility.
• Coordinate daily patient care operations and staffing assignments.
• Serve as a clinical resource and support for nursing teams.
• Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Respond to patient, family, and staff concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN License required prior to contract start date.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Previous Long Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Must be able to work consecutive weekends as needed.
