Description
Position: Substance Use Disorder Professional
The SUDP is responsible for providing, coordinating and directing individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment to all assigned patients. Responsible for conducting psycho-educational lectures, both individual and group counseling and documentation of patient progress in the medical record.
Requirements:
✔ Active Washington State SUDP License
✔ Minimum 2 years of addiction treatment experience
✔ Associate Degree or equivalent required
✔ Strong counseling, communication, and documentation skills

✔ Active Washington State SUDP Counselor License
✔ Minimum 1,800 hours of relevant work experience
