Job description:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations.
Implement therapeutic exercises to improve strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and mobility.
Perform other job duties as assigned.

Must have min 1 year of experience.

Certs: BLS.
