Shifts are to be confirmed once privileging is underway</li><li>Emergency and temporary privileges available</li><li>EMR: Epic</li></ul>Case Mix Highlights<ul><li>OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, GI, ophthalmology, podiatry, urology, and interventional spine</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minnesota license is required. Priority is given to active licenses</li><li>NBCRNA certification required</li><li>BLS and ACLS</li><li>T Spot TB test within 90 days</li><li>Case logs: 12 months of case logs are referenced as required</li></ul>Credentialing<ul><li>Average credentialing timeline 30 days. Emergency and temporary privileges available </li></ul>
