Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (MS)
Start Date: July Start
Contract Length: Travel Assignment
Requirements:
- Previous Travel RN experience required
- Active RN License required
- Recent Medical Surgical experience required
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a critical access setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to Med-Surg patients
- Complete patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition
