Description
Licensure
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License in the State of California (Required)
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field from an accredited institution.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting preferred.
- Hands-on experience using EPIC Beaker Laboratory Information System is required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory testing methodologies and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
