LPN ACTIVE NY STATE LICENSE REQUIRED
BLS Required
26 or 52 weeks of contract
must clear the state run Criminal History Form before starting. This can take up to 4 weeks to clear, so please express patience during this process.
Experience in medical-surgical, ambulatory care, or mental health is often preferred
Medication Management: Administering daily medication, including controlled substances, and managing inmate compliance. Clinical Care: Taking vital signs, performing physical assessments, dressing wounds, and conducting health screenings.
Emergency Response: Responding to medical emergencies within the facility.
Documentation: Recording inmate health data, updates, and treatments accurately.
