3+ Years specialty experience
Doesn't have to scrub, but need strong circulator and strong ortho
Robotics exp, machines are davinci and mako
Must be an experienced traveler, comfortable with circulating total joints, ENT, and general surgery cases.
Candidates need rental car, then for housing, facility can help with resources.

Specialty Profile Notes

Rural hospital RN nees to be proficient in ortho cases. Facility has visiting physicians that hold clinic for ENT, Ortho, etc. RN will circulate OBGYN including C-sections, ORTHO, General, Urology, ENT. Since it is a small department, RN may assist with turning rooms and cleaning.

OR RN will sit in PACU on callback cases as second set of hands. (Does not recover the patient, only assists as 2nd RN in recovery period)

REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years of experience as an OR RN; Need to be very comfortable with total joint cases; Must have prior travel experience.
