Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Emergency Department (Peds ED)
Location: Rochester, New York
Openings: 5
Schedule: D/E/N Rotating Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights)
Additional Requirements: Weekends, Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge Duties as Unit Needs Require
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric emergency patients.
- Provide emergency treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, trauma, and critical care cases.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
