Description

Overview

Seeking an experienced ER RN to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and treatment of patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and triage based on acuity
Provide emergency care and interventions for critical and non-critical patients
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Active RN License
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
