Description

Overview

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor and delivery process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering safe, patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery
Assist with labor management, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families throughout the birthing experience
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Float within OB services as needed based on patient volume and acuity

Requirements

Active New York RN License
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Strong fetal monitoring and maternal-newborn assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
