Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg setting
Perform patient assessments, care planning, and implementation
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

✅ Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
Active RN License (TN or compact)
BLS Certification (AHA)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Previous travel experience
Experience in high-acuity Med/Surg units
