Registered Nurse – Med-Surg Adult
Location: Aberdeen, WA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Off
 

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Med-Surg RN to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate is a team player, adaptable, and willing to float to other departments as needed.
 

Requirements

• Active Washington State RN License or Multi-State Compact License accepted
• Completion of approved 6-hour Suicide Prevention Training required
• Nursys Demographic Verification required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Med-Surg nursing experience required
• Meditech experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and care for adult Med-Surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Float to other departments as assigned based on staffing needs
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
