Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU Pulmonary/Oncology
Progressive Care - Omaha, NE Region
Unit Details
- Department: PCU Pulmonary/Oncology (31 beds)
- Patient Ratios: 2–5:1
- Population: Pulmonary (vascular, trach/vent, cardiac drips, intermediate care) + Oncology (head/neck cancer)
Qualifications
- Education: ADN or BSN
- Experience: 1–2 years acute care minimum; 2+ years PCU preferred
- Certifications: BLS (preferred at hire, required within 3 months), ACLS (required)
- Cross-training: Available from Med/Surg or acute care
Schedule
- Shift: Nights only, 3 × 12-hour shifts
- Weekends: Every 3rd weekend
- Differentials: Nights +15%, Evening +10%, Weekend +10%
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $79,000 – $118,560
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (paid at 6mo, 1yr, 2yr, 3yr)
