Key Responsibilities (LPN Scope Fit)

Basic patient care in acute rehab setting
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes
Medication administration (within LPN scope)
Assisting RNs in patient care plans
Supporting mobility, hygiene, and recovery care
Documenting patient care in charting system
Working with RN supervision in hospital rehab environment

Shift Details:
Shift Type: 3x12-hour day shifts
Shift Time: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Schedule: Variable rotation (Sunday–Saturday coverage possible)
