Job Title: Travel Telemetry RN - Hired for Days or Nights (Block/Self-Scheduling)

Job Description: Malone Healthcare is hiring an experienced Travel Telemetry RN for a 13-week contract at a premier 20-bed, all-private-room unit within the WVU Medicine system. This unit features a manageable 1:5 ratio and focuses on post-cath, respiratory, and tele-monitored med/surg patients. Weekly Schedule:

• Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (Hired for straight Days [7a-7:30p] or straight Nights [7p-7:30a])
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (3x12s)
• Schedule Flexibility: Self-scheduling and Block-scheduling available!
• Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend rotation required. No on-call requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of active Travel Nurse experience is required.
• Leadership: Prior Charge Nurse and/or Precepting experience is required (must be willing to perform either if an urgent unit need arises).
• Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
• Systems: Strong proficiency with Epic is highly preferred.
• Clinical Skills: Competence with basic dysrhythmia interpretation, titrating heparin, and independent IV placement.

Strict WVU Submission Rules:

• Exclusivity: Candidates can only be submitted to one WVU system opening at a time.
• Radius Rule: Strict 50-mile limit. A copy of your unexpired Driver's License is required upfront at submission.
• Background: Any professional license hits must be disclosed immediately upon application.
• Re-hire Restrictions: Former permanent employees or 1-year maxed-out travelers must be separated from the system for at least 2 years to apply.
• Nail Policy: Strict NO FALSE NAILS policy.
