Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (3x12) – 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
On-Call: Not required
Float: Not required (single unit facility)

Patient Length of Stay: ~14 days
Collaborative and patient-centered care model

💼 Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute inpatient rehab patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with mobility, rehabilitation goals, and patient progress
Educate patients and families on recovery and care plans
Step into charge nurse role as needed

🛠️ Required Qualifications

Active RN license (must be provided at submission)
Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
Inpatient hospital or rehab experience required
Current CPR/BLS certification

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

ACLS certification (required if working as Charge Nurse)
Prior charge nurse experience
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
