Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Skilled Nursing FacilitySetting: SNF (long-term care / rehab nursing)Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (evening shift)Schedule: Every other weekend requiredContract length: 13 weeks Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years LPN experience</li><li>Active NYS (New York State) LPN license</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</li><li>Must be able to work at least 4 out of 8 scheduled shifts</li><li>Must have flexibility for rotating weekends</li></ul>Restrictions / Notes<ul><li>No former employees of the facility allowed as travelers</li><li>Local travelers within 50 miles allowed, but at a reduced pay rate</li><li>Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts without penalty during the contract</li></ul>
