Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts
Floating: Required (Main OR, Endoscopy, Outpatient Surgery)

6 Operating Rooms
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Team: RNs, CSTs, OR Aides, Anesthesia Techs
EMR: Meditech
Equipment: Stryker, Steris, Olympus, Zimmer, Mizuho

💼 Key Responsibilities

Function as a Circulating RN in the OR
Maintain sterile environment and ensure surgical safety
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
Monitor patients throughout procedures
Manage documentation and workflow efficiently

🛠️ Required Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year OR RN circulating experience
Active RN license (as required by state)
BLS (AHA) certification required
Strong perioperative and patient safety knowledge

⭐ Preferred Skills

Experience with Da Vinci Robotics
Background in orthopedic, spine, urology, or general surgery
