🔥 Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a busy Emergency Department
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation per hospital standards
Float to other units if needed (within scope)
Participate in on-call rotation if required

✅ Requirements

Active RN License (State of practice)
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS / PALS / NRP (as applicable)
ASN from an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
