We are seeking an experienced PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Billings, Montana. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-acuity pediatric environment while enjoying a supportive team and competitive compensation.

 

📅 Assignment Details

  • Start Date: July 5, 2026
  • End Date: September 26, 2026
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Schedule: 36 hours/week
  • Shift:Variable (12-hour shifts – Days/Nights/Weekends as needed)
  • On-Call: May be required

 

💼 Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the PICU
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care to critically ill pediatric patients
  • Administer treatments, medications, and therapies
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation per hospital standards
  • Float to other units as needed (within scope)

 

✅ Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of PICU experience (required)
    • Travel experience preferred
    • 1 year of general pediatric experience (preferred)
  • Education:
    • ASN required
    • BSN preferred
  • Licensure & Certifications:
    • Active RN License (State of practice)
    • BLS (AHA)
    • PALS
    • ENPC
    • ACLS & TNCC (preferred)
