Job Title: Travel Med/Surg Tele RN - Nights (Auto-Offer / 36 or 48 Hours)

Weekly Schedule:

• Shift: Nights, 12-Hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (19:00 - 07:00)
• Guaranteed Hours: Open to 36 or 48 hours per week (3x12s or 4x12s)
• On-Call: Per standard department rotation

Position Requirements (Strict Facility Hard Stops):

• Experience: Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to traveling.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Ohio (OH) state nursing license or a valid multi-state Compact license in hand at submission.
• Certifications: Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS are required.
• Clinical Skills: Strong telemetry competency, including independent cardiac rhythm interpretation and medical-surgical nursing interventions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, independent nursing care to a diverse patient population requiring continuous telemetry monitoring.
• Assess, plan, evaluate, and accurately document patient health status and therapy plans in accordance with Cleveland Clinic’s gold-standard guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the night shift charge nurse, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary care teams to maintain safe, efficient patient outcomes.
