Travel EP Tech – New York, NY (for Vivian)
Start Date: 7/20
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5×8 Days (7:30a–3:30p)
Pay: $3,700/week (gross)
A premier cardiac program in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Travel Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist for a 13‑week assignment beginning July 20. This is a day‑shift role in a high‑volume EP lab where precision, strong technical skills, and excellent teamwork are essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Support EP procedures including device implants, ablations, and diagnostic studies.
- Operate and troubleshoot EP lab devices and equipment.
- Monitor and document procedural data, assist physicians, and maintain sterile technique.
- Collaborate with cardiology team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of EP Tech experience.
- Completion of an accredited program in cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular technology, or equivalent education and experience (required).
- BCLS and ACLS (required).
- Demonstrated experience with EP lab devices and equipment and strong clinical judgment with the ability to apply new concepts and skills in cardiac electrophysiology (required).
Preferred Certifications
- RCES Credential or IBHRE Certification or RCIS Certification (preferred; RCES strongly preferred).
