Job Title: Travel CVICU RN - Nights (Auto-Offer / Fresh Post-Op OR Admits)

Job Description: Malone Healthcare is fast-tracking submissions for a premium 13-week CVICU RN contract at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore (LifeBridge Health). This is a high-acuity, mixed ICU position with a dedicated focus on open-heart and complex cardiac recovery.

Weekly Schedule:

• Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (19:00 - 07:30)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• RTO Policy: All Requested Time Off must be submitted upfront. No RTO will be reviewed or accepted after an auto-offer is issued.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of intensive care experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated permanent staff experience in a CVICU.
• Clinical Skill Hard Stop: Must be a cardiac-trained RN fully competent to receive and admit fresh post-operative cardiac patients straight from the OR. Willingness to accept general ICU overflow patients as needed.
• Licensure: Active Maryland (MD) or multi-state Compact nursing license required at the time of submittal.
• Certifications (Mandatory): Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CALS.

Facility Rules & Submission Guidelines:

• Submission Packet: Must include standard references covering 1–3 years, a copy of required certs, SSN, and DOB for immediate clearance. Locals are fully accepted at the same travel rate.
• Floating: May float within the facility to comparable units within your clinical scope.
• System Limits: Max 365-day lifetime limit on site. Returning travelers require a 6-month separation period; former permanent staff require a 1-year separation.
• Orientation: First-day virtual modules (approx. 8 hours/115 mins for ICU) are non-billable.
