Title: LPN - LTC/SNF
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Facility: St. Mary's Regional Medical Center
Location: Lewiston, ME
Requirements:
• Active ME/Compact LPN License
• 2+ years LTC/SNF experience
• BLS required
• Must live outside 50-mile radius
Responsibilities:
• Provide resident care
• Administer medications
• Support rehab and dementia units
• Maintain accurate documentation
