Travel EEG Technician

Location: Minot, North Dakota
Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
On-Call: Yes

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EEG Technician to perform neurodiagnostic testing for patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have experience performing EEG studies and working with critically ill patients in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform electroencephalograms (EEGs) and other neurodiagnostic studies.
• Conduct testing on patients ranging from neonates to geriatric populations.
• Perform studies in ICU and critical care environments.
• Prepare patients and equipment for testing procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results.
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding test findings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of EEG or Neurodiagnostic Testing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Experience working with all patient age groups.
• Computer proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications

• ABRET Registration or ABRET Eligibility strongly preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited END Technology Program or equivalent formal training.
• Experience performing EEGs in acute care or hospital settings.
• ICU or critical care experience preferred.
