Shift: 3 x 12-Hour Day Shifts

Requirement: Candidate must live at least 50 miles away from the facility.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the state/district
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Cerner experience required
• NIHSS Certification
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides safe, competent, and compassionate patient care while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. The RN performs comprehensive patient assessments, monitors patient conditions, documents care accurately, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse demonstrates age-appropriate care, clinical judgment, and adherence to all regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Cerner
