OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST What You’ll Need to Succeed:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab settings.</li><li>Current BLS certification.</li><li>Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system.</li><li>Ability to work weekdays—mornings from 08:30 to 17:00—with flexibility for holiday coverage.</li><li>Strong communication and patient care skills, with a focus on orthopedics, neuro, and general ICU patient populations.</li><li>Comfortable working independently with supervision from a dedicated OT manager on each shift.</li></ul>Required Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.</li><li>At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in acute or rehab settings.</li></ul>Nice to Have Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Prior experience working in acute inpatient, rehab, or swing bed units.</li><li>Adaptability to float and cover different units as needed, including Magic Valley Medical Center when census is low.</li><li>Interest in first-time traveler roles—enthusiastic about new experiences and environments.</li></ul>
