Job Requirements
- RD/RDN (Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) required.
- BLS certification required.
- Transplant patient experience is required.
- Experience with heart and lung transplant candidate evaluations.
- Experience participating in selection committee meetings.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Teaching Hospital experience required.
- Adult outpatient/clinic nutrition experience preferred.
- Strong skills in nutrition assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic diets, enteral nutrition, diabetes management, fluid/electrolyte monitoring, and nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPE).
- Experience working with adult transplant populations preferred.
