🚨 NP/PA Primary Care Opportunity | Salem/Keizer, Oregon 🚨
Location: Multiple Sites Across Salem/Keizer, OR
Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
Openings: 4 FTEs (1 provider per site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Potential Saturday Coverage)
Compensation: 💰 $100/hr
EMR: Epic
Position Overview
A well-established healthcare organization in the Salem/Keizer area is seeking experienced NP/PA providers for ongoing primary care coverage. This is a true family medicine setting offering a balanced mix of preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day visits.
Practice Highlights
✅ Family Medicine / Primary Care setting
✅ Treat patients of all ages (preferred)
✅ Average volume: 20–22 patients per day
✅ Strong clinical support team including RNs, MAs, and LVNs
✅ Multiple openings available with strong placement potential
✅ Collaborative and provider-friendly environment
Clinical Responsibilities
- Preventive and wellness visits
- Chronic disease management
- Acute and same-day care appointments
- Patient education and follow-up care
- Documentation within Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active Oregon NP or PA License
- Recent Epic EMR experience
- Family Medicine / Primary Care experience preferred
- Ability to see patients across the lifespan
