Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Facility: St. Peter's Health
Location: Helena, Montana
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Contract Dates: 07/05/2026 (Flexible Start Date)

Shift Details:

12-Hour Day Shifts
36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
Previous travel nursing experience required
Active Montana RN License or Compact RN License
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Current PALS Certification
Current NIHSS Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience precepting new graduate RNs
Epic EMR experience

Patient Population & Clinical Experience:

Respiratory Failure
Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)
STEMI
Overdose and Detox Patients
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Complex Post-Operative Surgical Cases
General Medical-Surgical ICU Patients
