Description

Job Title: RN – Nurse Educator

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Duration: 13 Weeks

Description:

Serve as a Nurse Educator, providing clinical education, training, and professional development for nursing staff.
Must have hands-on experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab environment.
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to support clinical excellence and patient care standards.
Provide mentorship, competency assessments, and ongoing staff development.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify educational needs and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Support evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement programs.
Maintain accurate educational records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Education (required).
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.
Minimum two (2) years of Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience.
Strong clinical background with demonstrated nursing expertise.
Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse through the New York State Department of Education (NYSED).
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
