Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU (Per Diem)
Location: Downey, CA
Pay Rate: $63.27/hour
 

Assignment Type: Per Diem
Shifts: Day & Night Available

Position Overview
We are actively hiring experienced NICU RNs for per diem opportunities in Downey, CA. This role is ideal for nurses with strong Level III NICU experience who are looking for flexible scheduling while maintaining high-level clinical practice in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Day and Night shifts available
• Minimum commitment: 4 shifts per month
• Orientation: Every Monday, plus one unit shift worked during the same week

Requirements

• Active CA RN license
• BLS required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• Level III NICU experience required
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature infants
• Perform ongoing assessments and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe medication administration and treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
