Description
Unit Notes:Department: OR | RN- # Suites: 7- Average # of cases per day: 5-25- Required Certifications: BLS for RN Circulators. ACLS is a plus.- Common Cases: General surgery, orthopedic/sports medicince, plastics and cosmetics, podiatry, cataracts/Eye Procedures, OB/GYN/Women's Health (non-cancer related), Endo- colonscopy.- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 3 years of RN OR experience and comfortable circulating in various cases. Must have General & Ortho- specically total joints experience. Prefer plastics experience. Must have experience in similar size facilities Trauma Level 3 & 4, &/or Critically Access Hospitals.- Scrubbing required - RN's: Prefer scrub experience. - Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: 1 charge nurse for OR/PAA/PACU.- OR techs: Yes- EMR: Cerner/Oracle - Shifts & Scheduling: 5- 8 Hr Shifts/Wk, 0645-1515, late stay rotations and on-call rotations, block scheduling; Scheduling is done by the manager, travelers are asked to be flexible and help to fill gaps in permanent scheduling.- Weeknight/Call Requirements: on-call, late stay rotations, 1-2x/wk. Typically M-F, 15.5 hrs of weeknights call.- Weekend/Call Requirements: on- call, 1-2x per month, 24 hr call shifts from Sat 0645-0645, Sun 0645-0645.-

Very responsive, follows up. I have had to deal with compliance, HR questions etc and if the person I spoke with did not know the answer they sent it to whoever they thought could answer my questions and my questions or concerns were followed up on! This has been my first travel contract but I can’t say anything bad thus far!!! I definitely would recommend this company
