Job Description:
Vail Valley Surgery Center is seeking an experienced RN to provide compassionate, individualized nursing care to patients and families. Responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, medication administration, treatments, assisting with procedures, patient education, care coordination, and supporting daily patient flow to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes.

Key Skills Needed:

• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to triage patient needs
• Comfortable handling high telephone volume
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Experience coordinating care with providers and healthcare teams
