Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders.
• Provide rehabilitation-focused nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and other complex medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation RN experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience required; candidates with prior assignment renewals preferred.
