Birthing Center / Mother Baby
- 34 Total Beds
- 2 C-Section OR Suites
- 2 Triage Beds
- 14 Postpartum Beds
- Average 150-180 Deliveries per Month
- Approximately 2,133 Deliveries Annually

- 33+ Weeks Gestation
- High-Risk OB Patients
- Preeclampsia
- Gestational & Pre-existing Diabetics
- Substance Use Cases
- Behavioral Health / Social Challenges
👩⚕️ Staffing & Ratios
AWHONN Ratios
- Labor & Delivery: 1:2
- Mother/Baby Couplets: 1:3-4
Support Staff
- Free Charge Nurse (Days & Nights)
- Surgical Tech Available 24/7
- Patient Care Assistant/Unit Clerk Every Shift

- NRP

- Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)

Must Have
- LDRP Experience
- Independent Labor & Delivery Care
- Independent Delivery Attendance
- C-Section Circulating Experience
- Newborn Transition Experience
- Comfortable Assisting with Deliveries
Experience Requirement
- Preferred: 2+ Years LDRP Experience
- May consider 1 Year Experience ONLY if candidate has multiple completed travel assignments
