Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff: School Certified Occupational Therapist – OT in the Park Hill, IL area. We are in need of an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a private therapeutic day school for the SY 26-27 in the Park Ridge area.

We're currently seeking dedicated School Certified Occupational Therapist to support students in higher needs school ages in the PARK RIDGE, IL area for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:
- You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same)
- Being bilingual preferred, but monolingual accepted as well
Role Overview:
As an OT, you will help students develop fine motor skills, adapt to physical or cognitive challenges, or access appropriate educational tools and techniques under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 30 hours per week
- Dates: Start August 24th, 2026 and End June 4, 2027
- In person only
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment of students' needs and abilities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and coordination
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to students' unique needs.
- Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodation or modifications.
