Description
Setting
- Department: Behavioral Health – Bridge Clinic (Ambulatory/Outpatient)
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
- No block scheduling
- No floating
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Orientation: 1 week
Required Qualifications
License & Education
- Master of Social Work (MSW) required
- Massachusetts LCSW required at submission
- AHA BLS required
- CANS Certification required at submission
- Epic EMR experience required/preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years Social Work experience
- Experience with:
- Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
- Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)
- Dual-diagnosis patients (mental health + substance abuse)
- Behavioral health populations
- Acute care experience required
- Travel experience preferred (first-time travelers considered)
