Description

Setting

Department: Behavioral Health – Bridge Clinic (Ambulatory/Outpatient)
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
No block scheduling
No floating
Dress Code: Business Casual
Orientation: 1 week

Required Qualifications

License & Education

Master of Social Work (MSW) required
Massachusetts LCSW required at submission
AHA BLS required
CANS Certification required at submission
Epic EMR experience required/preferred

Experience

Minimum 2+ years Social Work experience
Experience with:
- Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
- Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)
- Dual-diagnosis patients (mental health + substance abuse)
- Behavioral health populations
Acute care experience required
Travel experience preferred (first-time travelers considered)
