Opportunity Overview
Novant Health is seeking an experienced Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This role includes both outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient hospital support, working closely with a locum urologist and interdisciplinary care teams.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient urology evaluations and follow-up care
- Perform inpatient urology consultations and rounding
- Collaborate with locum urologists and interdepartmental peers
- Manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
- Coordinate care plans, diagnostics, and treatment recommendations
- Participate in call/rounding support at acute care facilities as needed
Requirements
- Active North Carolina license or IMLC eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of Urology experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- BLS certification required
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient urology care strongly preferred
