• Mix of day and night shifts based on facility needs
• 36/48 rotation
• Candidates must maintain open availability per facility scheduling requirements

Pay:
Travel (50+ miles):
• W2: $21/hr
• Stipends (non-taxed): $1,246/week

Weekly Gross:
• $2,002 (36 hrs)
• $2,338 (48 hrs)

Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work at Diamondback Correctional Facility in Watonga, OK. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care within a correctional environment, including medication administration, assessments, treatment planning, emergency response, and collaboration with medical providers and facility staff.

Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments
• Conduct nursing assessments and sick call
• Monitor acute and chronic medical conditions
• Respond to medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and facility staff
• Provide patient education and health counseling
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare standards

Requirements:
• Must live at least 70 miles away from facility 
• Active RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a correctional environment
• Must be able to pass background screening
• Open availability for scheduling needs
