Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124
Start Date: July 19, 2026
Schedule: Night Shift, 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00 – 07:00)
Requirements
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
- Certifications (Required):
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Vaccination Requirements:
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious exemptions only)
- Influenza Vaccine (Medical/Religious exemptions only)
