Opportunity Overview

MetroWest Medical Center is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) to provide full-time coverage in an inpatient psychiatric unit. This is a long-term assignment caring for patients ranging from age 10 through geriatric populations, with the majority being adults.

🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform admissions and medical evaluations

• Manage medical needs of psychiatric inpatients

• Conduct patient rounding and follow-up care

• Collaborate with psychiatry and multidisciplinary teams

• Provide care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Requirements

✔ Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)

✔ Active Massachusetts License

✔ Minimum 2 Years of NP Experience

✔ Eligible for Independent Practice in Massachusetts

✔ CPI Training Required

✔ ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications
