Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient care in a dynamic clinical setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric cases.

Position Details

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, Neurological, and Geriatric
• Clinic Schedule: Open Monday – Saturday
• Spanish-Speaking Candidates: Preferred

Patient Volume & Schedule

• Scheduled Patients Per Day: 10–12
• Average Patients Seen Per Day: 8–11
• Evaluations: Typically 1–3 per day
• Follow-Up Visits: Majority of daily caseload
• Appointment Lengths:
  • Follow-Up Visits: 30 minutes
  • Evaluations: 45 minutes

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Provide evidence-based treatment interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Strong orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency is highly preferred to support patient communication and care.
