Description
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Missoula, MT
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours: 36 hours/week (Guaranteed)

Requirements
- Active RN License (Montana or Compact State)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Critical Care, or Med-Surg
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and symptom management for hospice patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and support comfort-focused care
- Supervise and guide CNAs in daily patient care activities
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Follow infection control and patient safety standards
