🚨 Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Riverside, CA
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Home Health team serving patients throughout the Riverside area. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, guaranteed hours based on productivity, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping patients maintain independence in their homes.
Position Details

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- One weekend day on-call rotation
Productivity & Hours
- Guaranteed work week (GWW) hours are based on completed visits
- 25 completed visits = 40 guaranteed hours
- Hours are guaranteed when 25 or more visits are completed during the work week
Requirements
Required
- OASIS experience is required
- Ability to manage an independent home health caseload
- Strong clinical documentation and patient assessment skills
Preferred
- Previous Home Health experience
- Active California Occupational Therapy License in hand
License Information
- Pending California License Accepted
- Candidates must have already applied for their California license at the time of submission
Additional Information
- COVID-19 Exemptions: Permitted
- Mileage Reimbursement: Paid between patient visits at the current IRS standard mileage rate
