We are seeking multiple professional and adaptable Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join the night shift team at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. This 13-week contract is ideal for experienced ER clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing high-quality crisis care. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement individualized plans of care for emergency patients using the nursing process.
• Rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize patients presenting with acute medical, traumatic, or cardiac crises.
• Administer medications, monitor continuous infusions, and track vital signs in a high-acuity environment.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the ER physician group, charge nurses, and ancillary staff to optimize patient throughput and safety.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of clinical interventions and patient responses.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care Emergency Room hospital experience.
• Licensure: Active Tennessee state state nursing license or valid multi-state Compact license in hand.
• Certifications: Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required prior to start. (TNCC or NIHSS preferred).
• Professionalism: Strong team player with a positive attitude, robust critical thinking skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
