🏥 ICU RN Job Breakdown (Short)

Shift: 3x12 Nights (18:45–07:15)
Weekly Hours: 36 or 48 hrs (block schedule available)
Facility Type: ICU (Diverse patient population)
Ratios: 1:2
Scrubs: Any color/brand

🩺 Core Responsibilities

• Direct ICU Care: ~20 hrs/week
  High-acuity patient monitoring, assessments, interventions, stabilization
• Documentation: ~6 hrs/week
  ICU charting, care plans, EPIC/EHR updates
• Medications & Critical Treatments: ~6 hrs/week
  IV drips, titration, response monitoring, physician orders
• Coordination & Handoffs: ~3 hrs/week
  Provider communication, shift reporting, care coordination
• Support Tasks & Other Duties: ~1–3 hrs/week
  Floating every 3rd weekend, unit support

📌 Requirements

• RN License
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, CPI
• 2+ years ICU experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• RTO: max 2 requests per contract
• Block schedule available
• No burns, peds, transplants, or ECMO cases
