Description

Job Title: CT Technician

Location: Enola PA 17025

Shift / Hours per day: 8 Hour shifts – Day or Night Shift - 5 days a week

Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days

Job Type: Full Time

CT Scan Technologist Responsibilities

Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional
Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients
Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging
Examining images to ensure they’re usable
Updating patient medical information
Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment
Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required.

CT Tech Requirements

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent accreditation.
State PA licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or Medical Imaging Professional.
Minimum 2 years CT experience- Required
