Description

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after operative procedures.
Function as a Circulating Nurse in a variety of surgical specialties.
Prepare operating rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with infection control
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) Circulator experience required.
Previous travel nursing experience required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
Ability to work a strict 5x8-hour shift schedule.
